As Operations Manager, Joe is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of our operations departments. A team player, Joe works closely with colleagues from across the business maintaining the high standards expected by ourselves, our customers, and our external regulators.

FDQs operations team works in two main areas, End-point Assessment and qualifications, with Joe overseeing activity in both sectors. For end-point assessment, this means carrying out intensive business operations and ensuring all activities associated with EPA are efficient and compliant. On the qualifications side of the business, this involves bringing new centres on board as well as maintaining a friendly and responsive service to our existing centres.

Outside of work, Joe religiously follows Castleford Tigers even though they usually lose! He is also a big cricket fan but mainly watches from the bar rather than playing!
