Helen joined FDQ as our Quality & Compliance Manager in 2020. No stranger to the world of qualifications and apprenticeships her career has included roles with training providers, universities, sector skills and awarding organisations. She has worked on projects in many different sectors and is now enjoying the food and drink focus at FDQ.

Helen works closely with the Quality Team to make sure our products comply with regulatory requirements. She also works on the design, development and implementation of our qualifications and assessment materials.

A strong supporter of lifelong learning, she holds a MA in Technical Communication and E-learning which developed her interest in making content learner friendly, fair and accessible.

When not at work, Helen can often be found walking out in the great Yorkshire countryside, perhaps stopping to sample some fine food and drink along the way!
