Dipika has worked successfully in the education and training sector for approximately 27 years and has a wealth of experience in quality assurance and improvement and in leading organisations to meet and exceed regulatory requirements in FE, HE and third sector organisation. Recently, Dipika has worked for the local council designing, developing and leading quality assurance audits to assess the quality of education at approximately 20 subcontracting organisations including local universities and Adult Education providers delivering education to those hardest to reach residents as well as Apprenticeships programmes working in collaboration with employers. Dipika has worked successfully as the centre contact point for a range of Awarding Organisations. Dipika feels privileged to work alongside like-minded people who strive to deliver the best. She is also keen to broaden her skill set working with FDQ to support quality, compliance, and improvement in the delivery of the End Point Assessment.

When not at work, Dipika likes to spend time walking in nature, exploring the British Countryside. Having completed the Dale’s Way, she is next looking to walk Hadrian’s wall. Her other hobbies include gardening and watching cricket.
