Food Safety, HACCP & Allergen Awareness

Food businesses have a responsibility to comply with food safety legislation and to implement a food safety management system based on HACCP principles. Knowledge of allergens and how to minimise risk of cross contamination is also critically important for any food business.

Our Food Safety qualifications have been designed with input from food manufacturers to ensure they reflect current food industry best practice. As with the HACCP qualifications they are available in a range of levels to suit those working in everything from operative to management roles.
