Im sure you will be aware that the exceptional circumstances provisions for CoC/TCoC applications in England and Wales is coming to an end this month.
We discussed briefly at Partnership Working Group that an extension would be appropriate given that Covid-19 contact tracing and the need to self-isolate will still be in place beyond 19th July.
With that in mind please take this email as confirmation that the exceptional circumstances provisions are extended to 31st August 2021.
