Last week, we had the fortunate chance to meet Leanne Birkett, who recently finished her Level 2 Craft Baker Apprenticeship. The Chef Benson Smith Academy, her training provider, is delighted with Leanne's accomplishments. She is currently employed at a local school and his using the skills and experience she picked up during her apprenticeship and is ultisling those into her current role.
At the school, Leanne is responsible for baking all the desserts, snacks, and cakes for the students.She stresses the importance of witnessing the children's happiness as they indulge in the treats she has made for them.
She strongly expressed that anyone can do a Food related Apprenticeship, no matter their age. As a mother, she exclaimed how great her training provider was for accompanying her with her apprenticeship whilst she had other duties (like caring for her kids).
