Food Technologists, Product Development Technologists and Quality Assurance Managers play a vital role in driving innovation and maintaining food safety within the food industry. These are just a few of the roles learners could aspire to with the FDQ Food Technology qualifications.
The qualifications can provide a route towards further learning, such as higher apprenticeships. They can also support progression towards management roles in food science and technology.
Having a broad range of units enables learners to specialise later in a wide selection of occupations within the food industry. It also gives an excellent basis of knowledge to support that choice.
Please note these are stand alone qualifications and should not be used as the mandatory qualifications within the Level 3 Food Technologist apprenticeship (ST0198)
