apprenticeships?

Fishmonger apprentices may work in independent high street fishmongers, supermarket fish counters or even mobile fishmonger vans. The fishmonger apprenticeship is about so much more than filleting fish. A fishmonger apprentice also needs excellent customer service and selling skills to develop good relationships with their customers.
