FDQ Important Notice - End-point Assessment (EPA) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits postponed until the 20th April 2020.

In response to government advice FDQ has taken the difficult decision to postpone forthcoming End-point Assessments (EPA) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits. This will include all EPA between 17th March and the 20th April 2020.

Both our head office and external staff are fully briefed on how best to minimise the chance of contracting and spreading the virus, however given recent current government guidelines we feel this is the best course of action. As the situation is changing rapidly we are regularly reviewing the guidance and adjusting as necessary. In these difficult and unprecedented times we think it is the best and most appropriate response.

We will keep in touch to rearrange dates when appropriate.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the above please contact FDQ Head office at

We’d like to assure our customers that FDQ are well aware of the outbreak of this virus within the UK. It is important to us to protect both our customers and our staff. As such we are taking every precaution to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading the virus. All staff are adhering to government recommendations on how to avoid being exposed to the virus:

As the situation is changing rapidly we are also regularly reviewing the Guidance for Employers provided by Public Health England.

Any customers who have concerns about upcoming EPA or EQA visits please contact us as soon as possible.
